FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should my electrical equipment be tested and tagged?

It depends on how and where the equipment is used. Under the NT WHS Regulations, equipment that is more likely to become damaged (such as in workshops, kitchens or schools) should be tested more frequently — often every 3–6 months for high-risk environments, or every 12 months for standard workplaces. We'll assess your site and recommend the right testing schedule.

Which standard do you test to?

We certify all equipment to the AS/NZS 3760:2010 standard — the Australian/New Zealand specification for in-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment. You receive a full report and a framed certificate of compliance.

Do you service remote Northern Territory sites?

Yes. Our safety technician and fully self-sufficient mobile service vehicle travel to remote NT businesses and sites — no need to worry about flights or accommodation. We inspect, test, tag, record and report your electrical devices and fire safety equipment on site, and can set up scheduled testing for future compliance.

What do I get when you test and tag my equipment?

Every item gets a physical tag showing it's been tested (with your custom branding available), test results are documented for your electrical inventory with a secure digital copy, and you receive a precise report plus a framed certificate of AS 3760 compliance.
